Happy holidays everyone. It's been a while since I've been on here and for that I apologize. Life just takes over sometimes and things get put off. I'm still in for the long haul, and have been doing some studying of the industry. Also, I have continued to train like a mad man to stay in shape during the worst time of year, the holidays, food wise anyway.
